Job description

Step into a key role as a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Beyond Identity's new office in Poland. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter who is driven to find innovative ways to improve the product and platform. You will be results-oriented, passionate in the improvement of the user experience, and a critical and strategic thinker. You should possess a "developer mindset" and continuously look for ways to automate work processes and testing to improve cycle time. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of testing strategies and roadmaps, and to provide guidance and support to junior team members.
