Job description
What success looks like in this role: Applies advanced knowledge of testing principles, methodologies and techniques to test and ensure software / platform quality. Works with engineering teams to define testing strategies for new and existing applications. Develops and executes functional, integration and system tests. Develops and executes load, scalability and performance tests. Designs and develops test plans and test cases based on functional and design specifications. Reviews code for accuracy and completeness. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs. Provides input on testing methodologies and best practices. Analyzes and interprets test results to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develops and maintains comprehensive test documentation. Participates in the development of software quality metrics and reporting. Stays up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and methodologies to continuously improve testing processes and techniques.
