ABOUT THIS ROLE Software Engineers have experience overseeing software development projects, writing and executing test plans, conducting testing activities, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for software applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements Conduct thorough testing activities to ensure software meets required standards Identify defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues Provide detailed test reports and recommendations to stakeholders ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology) At least 3 years of experience in software testing or a related field Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Australian Government Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance is essential.
