Senior Telecommunications Engineer - Outside Plant / FTTH - Hybrid

Job Description CIMA is looking for a Senior Telecommunications Engineer to join our team specializing in active and passive network infrastructures (outdoor networks, FTTH). You will play a strategic role in the planning, design and coordination of telecommunications projects. As a technical reference and project manager, you will actively contribute to the evolution of digital infrastructures, while ensuring the technical quality and performance of the solutions proposed. This position is for those who are passionate about innovation and have a strong desire to be part of a dynamic team that shapes the future of telecommunications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of telecommunications networks, fiber optic systems, FTTH technologies, and outside plant infrastructure. He/She will also have experience in project management, coordination and technical support for telecommunications projects. In addition, he/she must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations teams. The successful candidate will be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
