With expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and data discovery, we develop and deploy novel solutions to innovate and drive progress at S&P Global and its customers worldwide. Kensho's solutions and research focus on business and financial generative AI applications, agents, data retrieval APIs, data extraction, and much more. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technology Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the technology space to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients alike. Responsibilities: • Identify, attract, and hire top talent in the technology space to join our team. • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide recommendations for the best fit candidates. • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and other assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications. • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and innovations to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective and relevant. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., human resources, business administration). • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field. • Strong technical knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients alike. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
