(Senior) Technical Asset Manager (m/w/d)

Cash flow and technical asset management are combined into an interdisciplinary team that develops strategies to preserve and develop values.

The cross-functional teams connect all aspects of cash flow and technical asset management. With the holistic asset management approach, we set our sights on sustainable growth and long-term success, taking into account the life cycle of a property.

Tasks

• Technical responsibility for maintenance and renovation measures for a mixed commercial real estate portfolio with a focus on office buildings, considering the life cycle.
• Steering and monitoring external facility managers and corresponding framework service contracts in infrastructural and technical building management.
• Commissioning, steering, and monitoring external service providers (architects, project managers, specialists, etc.).
• Planning and control of statutory/official inspections at buildings and technical facilities.
• Budget planning and implementation of budgeted maintenance and construction measures, including cost controlling.

Qualification

• You have professional experience in the technical care of real estate.
• You have a completed technical education or study with relevance to the task area.
• You keep an overview and work organized and structured.
• A personality is highly valued: Your communication skills and open, friendly nature make it easy for you to establish new contacts.
• You motivate yourself through successes and challenges and bring a strong performance and success-oriented will with - setbacks do not discourage you.
• You are a true team player. At the same time, you work independently and very result-oriented.
• Good knowledge of MS Office is part of your foundation.
• You have very good German language skills.
