We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill a position as Technical Asset Manager (m/w/d).

Our client is a renowned company in the field of property management, acting as a strategic partner to institutional investors. As part of a group founded in 1997, the company has extensive knowledge of real estate and capital markets and follows an all-encompassing service approach that spans the entire property cycle. The focal point of the activity lies on tailored investment concepts and active asset management of nationwide real estate portfolios.

We are looking for a candidate to fill this position at the earliest possible time.

(Senior) Technical Asset Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Technical supervision and monitoring of complex property projects
• Coordination of warranty management and representation of homeowners' interests
• Management and technical guidance of our assets throughout their entire lifecycle
• Conducting technical evaluations and analyses to support strategic decisions

Qualification

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering or comparable field – ideally with a focus on real estate
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the construction or real estate sector
• PRACTICAL knowledge in technical asset management, homeowners' representation or warranty management
• Outstanding analytical skills and structured approach
• Strong communicator, team player, and self-motivated
