Responsibilities: Carry out servicing of elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems; Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment operation; Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of services; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; Provide excellent customer service to clients; Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements: Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering); At least 3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of elevators, escalators, and other equipment; Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards; Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
