Senior Technical Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

To further expand our young, dedicated, and innovative team, we are looking for you as a Technical Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

Your core responsibilities in this role include consulting, requirements engineering, and system implementations with the following tasks:

• Responsible for internal project coordination with project management and quality management
• Technical conception, specification, and requirements engineering of gateB's software solutions directly with the customer
• Consulting and support for internal and external customers
• Implementation and configuration of enterprise system solutions as part of system introductions and proof-of-concepts
• Support in the sales process within the scope of RFIs and RFPs, as well as creation and presentation of sales demos
• Ensuring timely and budget-compliant project execution
• Training and support for customers in the use and maintenance of the systems

• Creative, eager to learn, and committed; enjoys getting hands-on
• Enjoys technical topics and has a high quality awareness
• Very good knowledge of common Adobe programs
• Affinity for structured work with system solutions
• Ideally already specialized in content or publishing solutions and experience with Aprimo, censhare, Marmind, OrangeLogic, or similar systems
• At least 5 years of experience with implementations of Digital Asset Management & Workflow systems, as well as Web Content Management (Web-CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas due to rapid comprehension
• Open, accessible, and contact-oriented personality
• Easy and professional communication with customers and suppliers
• Confident presentation skills
• Enjoys working in an interdisciplinary environment and is motivated to contribute to a young, dynamic team
• Contributes own ideas, enjoys taking responsibility, and wants to make a significant impact
• Willingness for further training – especially "on the job" with technically advanced systems
• Fluent German (minimum Level C1) and good English skills
