Senior Technical Service Manager (m/f/d)

Starting October 1, 2026, we are looking for reinforcement in full-time (38h/week) for our team in Hamburg as a Senior Technical Service Manager (m/f/d).

• You will take over escalation and incident management and ensure the structured processing of technical malfunctions.
• You will provide expert and technical advice, analyze complex situations, and develop suitable solutions.
• You will coordinate collaboration across multiple departments and ensure clear, reliable communication.
• You will be responsible for customer and solution management and will oversee concerns until they are sustainably resolved.
• You will ensure professional quality and reliable support in service.
• You will contribute to the further development of our products and services.
• You will independently prioritize technical escalations and make well-founded decisions within your areas of responsibility.
• You will convene cross-departmental incident meetings as needed and moderate further coordination.
• You will initiate immediate technical measures within defined support processes.
• You will recommend suitable changes to sustainably improve the stability and quality of operations.
• You will review service quality and ensure adherence to established service processes.

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in IT service, IT operations, or in a customer-oriented IT environment.
• You possess a strong technical understanding of complex IT systems.
• You communicate confidently and persuasively and have strong moderation skills.
• You can convey technical issues clearly and in a target-group-appropriate manner.
• You think analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented.
• You are characterized by a high degree of customer and service orientation.
• You are willing to support customers and projects on-site and travel for this purpose.
