As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top technical talent for our clients' open positions. This includes developing and executing customized recruitment strategies, conducting initial candidate screenings, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the best possible fit for each role. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions, track progress against goals, and contribute to the growth and development of the team through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
