Senior Technical Recruiter - Frontier AI (India)

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for our AI and data science teams. Key responsibilities: • Identify, attract, and hire top technical talent for our AI and data science teams. • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions. • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit. • Provide exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the hiring process. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and communications, to promote our employer brand and attract top talent. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, data privacy, and anti-discrimination. • Travel to India and other locations as needed for business purposes. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. • Strong understanding of AI and data science concepts and their applications. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and present recruitment metrics. • Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems (CMS). • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
