Senior Technical Lead

We are looking for a Network Engineer with strong fundamentals in Routing and Switching, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and practical exposure to SD-WAN environments. The ideal candidate should be CCNA-certified and capable of working in a fast-paced enterprise network support environment. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot L2/L3 network incidents, including switching, routing, VLAN, and WAN-related issues. • Monitor and manage network performance across large, distributed environments. • Work closely with the Network Operations Center (NOC) team to ensure timely resolution of network outages and minimize downtime. • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements for network operations. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for network architecture and design. • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical network issues. The ideal candidate should have: • Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, RIP) and switching technologies (VLANs, VRFs). • Experience with SD-WAN solutions and their integration with traditional WAN architectures. • Familiarity with network management systems (NMS) and network performance monitoring tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
