Senior Technical Lead

Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Lead to take ownership of core platform engineering and delivery across Bay6.ai. This role is responsible for system design, backend/frontend engineering, DevOps practices, and team execution, while partnering closely with the AI/ML Lead, Product Managers, and business stakeholders. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for someone who can balance coding, architecture, and team guidance in a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities Technical Leads will be responsible for: • System design and engineering of core platform components; • Backend and frontend development using relevant technologies; • DevOps practices to ensure efficient and scalable delivery; • Team execution and leadership, including mentoring junior engineers; • Collaboration with AI/ML Lead, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and prioritize projects; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities. Requirements • 8+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role; • Strong understanding of system design principles, architecture, and engineering practices; • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++); • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins); • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide junior engineers and stakeholders; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
