Senior Technical Consultant - Team Lead

The Senior Technical Consultant is accountable for providing expert-level technical consulting, architectural design, and trusted advisory services to enterprise clients. This role serves as a subject matter expert in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (specifically Nutanix), Data Availability (Veeam), and Enterprise Virtualisation. The incumbent acts as a bridge between client business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring designs are robust, scalable, and fit-for-purpose. The role is responsible for leading a team of Technical Consultants to deliver high-quality services to clients. This includes mentoring, coaching, and developing the skills of team members, as well as providing guidance on best practices and standards. The Senior Technical Consultant will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and contribute to the development of new solutions and services. Key responsibilities include: • Providing expert-level technical consulting and advisory services to clients; • Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and fit-for-purpose technical solutions; • Leading a team of Technical Consultants to deliver high-quality services to clients; • Mentoring, coaching, and developing the skills of team members; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments; • Contributing to the development of new solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Computer Science or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in a technical consulting role; • Strong understanding of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Data Availability, and Enterprise Virtualisation technologies; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
