Senior Technical Cloud Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technisch Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative work environment. Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledge base for Servicedesk ICT, Technical Support, ICT Project Leaders, ICT Architects, and other colleagues.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex incidents and problems in cloud and hybrid environments.

• Set up a management structure for Kubernetes in a private cloud, including documentation and knowledge transfer.

• Research new products and technologies and advise on technical developments.

• Take initiatives to improve the quality and professionalism of the team.

• Active role in projects, both advisory and executive.

• Share knowledge, transfer it, and guide colleagues within the team.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher level of education.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Current and relevant Microsoft certifications.

• Familiarity with ITIL, SCRUM, and Agile.

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in:

  • Kubernetes environments

  • Common Ground environments

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Azure DevOps and pipelines

  • Infrastructure as Code

  • Microsoft Server and Linux OS

  • VMware vSphere and vCenter

  • Microsoft 365

  • Microsoft Exchange Online

  • DNS, DHCP, ARP, routing, and other basic network protocols

  • Windows GUI and PowerShell/Shell scripting

• Strong communication skills, collegial, and flexible.

• Able to work independently and well in a team.

• Excellent analytical ability, quality-conscious, result-oriented, and stress-resistant.

• Able to translate customer questions into technical solutions.

• Overview of the entire ICT environment, including cloud and hybrid components.

• Up-to-date on the latest developments in management, security, and cloud technologies.

• Experience with governance at IaaS/SaaS- and cloud providers.

• Willingness to share knowledge and transfer it.
