Senior Technical Bid Specialist I Tenders & Procurement

The Role:

For our Tender office, we are looking for a Senior Technical Bid Specialist, a strategic figure who will be responsible for transforming client needs and commercial strategies into structured, effective, and competitive technical projects.

You will join a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, characterized by cross-functional collaboration, operational autonomy, and attention to project quality.

You will be responsible for:

- Analyzing tender documents, specifications, and technical documentation, identifying requirements and evaluation criteria;

- Drafting technical proposals for HR services, with a focus on temporary staffing, permanent placement, and outsourcing;

- Developing innovative and personalized methodological solutions for Public Administration;

- Collaborating with the commercial and legal departments to ensure consistency between the technical and economic offer;

- Monitoring the main e-procurement portals (MEPA, Sintel, etc.) and managing the necessary administrative documentation;

- Overseeing the graphic design, editing, and formal quality of projects, ensuring their clarity, readability, and impact;

- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with deadlines and required quality standards.

You are the right person if:

- You have gained at least 4 years of experience in drafting technical proposals and projects for tenders;

- You have an in-depth knowledge of the Procurement Code as applied to services;

- You possess excellent technical writing, synthesis, and institutional storytelling skills;

- You have experience in managing complex projects and coordinating with internal stakeholders;

- You are proficient with the Office suite and the main e-procurement platforms;

- You are a precise, organized, and goal-oriented person;

- You can work effectively under pressure, maintaining high quality of work;

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
