• Project Management: Leading assignments and projects in the field of Technical Asset Management in German and English
• Strategic Planning: Supporting our clients with development and investment strategies focusing on permits, compliance, and costs
• Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with external facility managers, property managers, technical service providers such as architects, specialist planners, and construction project managers to create and implement detailed CAPEX & OPEX plans for our clients
• Team & Client Cooperation: Cross-service cooperation with our Transactions, Management, Sustainability, and Infrastructure Teams as well as expanding client and sub-consultant relationships
• Company Development: Further development of Technical Asset Management Services and support in developing TA Europe as a leading consulting firm across Europe

• Qualification: Completed degree in Project or Cost Management, Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical/business field
• Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in Asset Management or in comparable consulting services in the Real Estate sector
• Work Style: Ability to grasp complex technical contexts and communicate them understandably, coupled with a hands-on mentality and a strong customer and service orientation
• Client & Team Cooperation: Talent for developing and maintaining close relationships with clients and colleagues and enjoy working in an international environment with offices at home and abroad
• Language Skills: Fluent German and English skills for clear and professional communication of technical content
