Senior Technical Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of laboratory data acquisition software used with research equipment in a Pharma R&D environment. The person in this position will collaborate with infrastructure teams, laboratories, and business units, supporting environment configuration, system validation, and post-implementation application maintenance. Scope of responsibilities: * Configuration and maintenance of laboratory data acquisition software * Collaboration on solution architecture design * Configuration of on-premise and AWS environments * User and operational team support * Collaboration with infrastructure teams on implementations * Preparation of SDLC and IQ/OQ documentation * Preparation and execution of system tests and UAT * Analysis of issues related to the integration of laboratory instruments with software * Preparation of technical documentation and training materials Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting laboratory data acquisition systems * Experience with Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) * Knowledge of the Pharma R&D environment * Experience in a GxP environment * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure and AWS * Experience with IQ/OQ and SDLC * Experience with configuration and maintenance of laboratory applications * Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow will be an additional advantage
