Senior Tech Sourcer - Remote - Latin America

Senior Tech Sourcer Summary We’re looking for an experienced Tech Sourcer to join Kake’s internal team and help build our sourcing function from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing sourcing strategies for technical roles, partnering closely with recruiters, and building strong talent pipelines. What You’ll Do Partner with recruiters during role kickoff meetings to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing plans. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key skills and qualifications for each role. Design and execute customized sourcing strategies for technical roles, leveraging a range of tools and platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with top talent in the industry, fostering trust and credibility through proactive outreach and personalized communication. Build and maintain comprehensive databases of qualified candidates, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Analyze and report on candidate flow, source effectiveness, and time-to-hire metrics to inform future sourcing strategies. Identify and prioritize high-potential candidates for referral to recruiters, ensuring timely and effective placement into open roles. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in tech souring or a related field. Proven track record of building strong talent pipelines and executing successful sourcing strategies. Strong understanding of the Latin American job market and ability to adapt to changing trends and requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
