Lead end-to-end local technical delivery and stakeholder coordination. Oversee non-Workday integrations and validate data flows. Coordinate testing, defect resolution, and go-live readiness. Manage RAID logs, dependencies, and reporting. Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management. Manage vendor performance and technical escalation. Support post go-live stabilisation and operational oversight. Profound IT project/program management (enterprise scale) Experience in HR systems (Payroll, T&A, Benefits) strongly preferred. Experience in vendor-led SaaS / outsourcing environments. Multi-site / regional delivery experience. Possibility of project extension. Possibility to work remote.
