Senior Teacher/ Training Consultant

We provide high-quality, practical training aligned with national education priorities. Role Overview Smart Educators is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced SIAS and Curriculum Differentiation Training Consultant to deliver professional development workshops and coaching sessions to teachers and school management teams in Mpumalanga. Responsibilities: * Conduct SIAS and Curriculum Differentiation training workshops. * Facilitate coaching sessions with teachers and school management teams. * Adapt training content to suit the specific needs of the schools. * Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers. * Prepare and submit reports on training progress. Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. * Valid South African teaching qualification and SACE registration. * Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. * Proven experience in SIAS implementation and curriculum differentiation. * Experience in delivering professional development training. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Must be based in Mpumalanga or willing to travel to the province. Skills and Attributes: * In-depth knowledge of the SIAS policy and curriculum differentiation. * Strong facilitation and presentation skills. * Ability to build rapport with teachers and school management teams. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to provide constructive feedback. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
