About the Role

• Take ownership of complex advisory engagements and help shape the direction of the tax practice
• Predominantly Corporate, Private, HNWI and International tax consulting
• Business structuring, transaction support, risk management and strategic decision making
• Managing a small team including mentoring, training and reviewing work
• Contributing to business development and cross selling initiatives

About You

• 4+ years experience within a New Zealand CA firm, ideally Big Four or Mid Tier specialising in tax
• CA qualification or equivalent
• Strong technical capability with a commercial mindset
• Collaborative leadership style and confidence working with senior stakeholders
