Our client is a fast-growing advisory firm redefining tax advisory beyond compliance. You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team focused on complex tax matters, strategic outcomes, and building strong client relationships.

They serve a diverse client base including start-ups, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals with innovative, commercially savvy advice. With a flat structure, open-door leadership, and global reach, you’ll be supported and challenged every step of the way.

About the Role
As a Senior Tax Consultant, you’ll take the lead on a variety of tax advisory projects while continuing to deepen your technical skillset. You’ll work directly with clients on issues including:
  • Complex tax compliance and planning
  • Structuring for business growth and transactions
  • International tax considerations and cross-border matters
  • Risk management and strategic tax planning
You’ll manage client engagements end-to-end, provide commercially minded advice, and play a key role in mentoring junior staff and driving internal initiatives.

About You
You’re technically strong, commercially savvy, and ready to step into a role where you can make a meaningful impact. You’ll bring:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a New Zealand CA firm specialising in tax
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
  • CA qualification is advantageous
