The newly established Property Tax division is part of this broader group, giving you the chance to help build something new while backed by proven systems, support, and expertise. About the Role Responsibilities: • Provide expert tax advice and guidance on property-related matters to clients, • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, • Collaborate with other teams to deliver comprehensive solutions, • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and pitches. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Taxation or related field, • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification, • Minimum 5 years' experience in property tax consulting or a related field, • Strong understanding of property tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
