About the Role
- Work alongside a Partner leading a fast-growing international tax and transfer pricing division
- Advise clients on cross-border tax matters, supply chains, business restructures, and governance
- Support multinational clients with strategic planning and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with other internal service lines and external global teams
- Deliver technical advice on complex tax issues while growing your advisory portfolio
- 3+ years' experience in International Tax and/or Transfer Pricing within a NZ Big Four or Mid Tier
- CA qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical and commercial acumen
- Confident working directly with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach
- Comfortable navigating complex tax issues and driving practical solutions
- Clear path for career progression in a fast-growing specialist division
- Hands-on exposure to complex client matters with international scope
- Strong mentorship and learning opportunities from senior leadership

- 15+ years of experience in the Professional Services sector
