Our Talent Finder will help identify the best talents in Latin America. Your primary tasks include: Scouting the Net (LinkedIn, etc.) to identify the best talents for each discipline we cover (mobile, QA automation, front/back-end, UX/UI) Attending networking events that pertain to our industry Identifying active and passive candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Your secondary tasks include: Building relationships with top performers in the region, understanding their career goals, and identifying potential matches for our company's open positions. Developing a deep understanding of the local talent market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences. Providing personalized recommendations for each position, taking into account factors such as skills, experience, and cultural fit. Your success will be measured by the quality and quantity of candidates you identify, as well as your ability to build strong relationships with top performers in the region.
