Senior Talent Consultant - German Speaker (Poland, Hungary or Germany)

Job Description The Senior Talent Consultant provides strategic talent sourcing solutions to Cielo’s sourcing teams and hiring teams in client organizations. They collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to understand business objectives and hiring plans, and they design comprehensive talent attraction strategies. Their expertise lies in leveraging industry insights and best practices to create a competitive advantage in acquiring the right talent to support growth and success. With a strong understanding of the local job market and labor laws, they develop effective recruitment strategies that drive results. They also maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR teams, and other Cielo team members. The Senior Talent Consultant is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. They must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, the Senior Talent Consultant will be working closely with clients in Poland, Hungary or Germany.
