Senior Talent Acquisition/HR Specialist (APAC & Middle East)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across the APAC and Middle East regions, while also supporting broader HR operations and regional HR initiatives. What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) Manage full-cycle recruitment (from sourcing to onboarding) across APAC and Middle East markets, including candidate engagement, job posting creation, and offer extension management. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the region, leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal partnerships. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans that meet those requirements. Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent pools. Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and quality-of-hire, to inform future recruitment strategies. HR Operations (Secondary Focus) Support the development of regional HR initiatives, such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure alignment with company-wide policies and procedures. Provide HR support to local teams, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance matters. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations, preferably in an APAC or Middle East region. Strong understanding of regional labor laws, regulations, and cultural nuances. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with HR systems and tools, such as Workday or BambooHR.
