Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our end-to-end recruitment efforts for our e-commerce platform in Brazil. Based in São Paulo, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across the entire e-commerce ecosystem—spanning Commercial/Growth/Marketing, Product/Data/Visual, and Supply Chain. You will play a critical role in attracting and securing top-tier talent to fuel our rapid expansion and localized growth. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with our HR systems. Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal mobility programs. Candidate Experience: Design and deliver exceptional candidate experiences through personalized communication, timely updates, and transparent processes. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals, timelines, and expectations. Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize our processes, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the entire recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Operations, and other teams to drive business outcomes, improve processes, and enhance candidate experiences.
