Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

Our client is an internationally leading service company in the field of operational business processes and service management. With a global presence and a large number of employees at numerous locations worldwide, the company is one of the most significant providers in its industry. The company specializes in the optimization of business processes and supports its customers with innovative service solutions. The company is currently undergoing a phase of professionalization and growth with the goal of optimizing recruiting processes and increasing the quality of personnel acquisition.

You will act as a trusted partner to the business units and contribute significantly to the professionalization of the recruiting function. This position offers you the opportunity to actively shape recruiting processes. You will work in a growing company with diverse tasks and be close to the business. You will relieve management of burdens through your expertise and simultaneously bring new impulses to the recruiting landscape. This is a role for someone who sees recruiting not as a necessity, but as an exciting, action-packed field of activity with real impact.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for complete personnel acquisition from the initial needs analysis to the signing of the contract - the focus will be on recruiting skilled tradespeople in large numbers.
• You will conceptualize and implement location-specific recruiting events and assessment formats, working closely with external labor market players.
• You will act as a central point of contact between specialist departments, external recruitment agencies, and the employer branding development team.
• You will identify promising talents through various contact channels, proactively approach them, and keep the applicant management system up-to-date at all times.
• You will conduct systematic selection interviews to qualify and select suitable candidates – for both operational and administrative areas.
• You will continuously evaluate recruiting-relevant metrics and develop data-based optimization approaches for scalable and seamless talent acquisition throughout the project.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in recruiting in the skilled trades sector.
• Completed university degree in a relevant field or a comparable qualification.
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured, self-reliant way of working.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
