An international leading service provider in the field of operational business processes and service management is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will work as a trusted partner for the business units and contribute significantly to the professionalization of the recruitment function. This position offers you the opportunity to actively shape the recruitment processes. You will work in a growing company with diverse tasks and work closely to the business. You relieve management through your expertise and bring new impulses into the recruitment landscape at the same time. Tasks

• You are responsible for the complete personnel acquisition from the initial needs analysis to the contract signing - the focus lies on winning commercial professionals in larger numbers.
• You design and implement location-specific recruitment events and assessment formats, working closely with external labor market actors.
• You act as a central interface between departments, external staffing agencies, and the team for employer branding development.
• You identify promising talents through various contact channels, address them specifically, and keep the candidate management system up to date.
• You conduct systematic selection interviews to qualify and select suitable candidates - both for operational and administrative areas.
• You continuously evaluate recruitment-relevant metrics and develop data-based optimization approaches for scalable and smooth personnel acquisition throughout the project.

Qualification

• Fundamental experience in recruiting in the commercial sector.
• Completed studies in a relevant field or comparable training.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational talent, and structured work style.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
