Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Data Consulting - (M/F) - Paris

Your role

As part of the Talent Acquisition France team and under the responsibility of the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will autonomously manage the recruitment for Artefact's Data Consulting teams, for profiles ranging from Junior to Manager.

As a partner to the operational teams, you will support them throughout the process to ensure quality hires and a demanding candidate experience:

Manage recruitment from end to end

• Gather and challenge needs with managers
• Define and implement the recruitment approach adapted to each need
• Manage the entire process: sourcing, qualification, HR interviews, coordination of evaluation stages, and offer
• Develop a proactive sourcing approach and build pools of relevant profiles.

Support operational teams

• Advise and challenge managers throughout the process to ensure objective and consistent hiring decisions
• Ensure the proper application of the process and evaluation methods
• Maintain a quality recruitment experience for candidates and internal teams

Contribute to continuous improvement

• Identify friction points and contribute to the improvement of processes and practices
• Ensure the quality and reliability of data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition team projects and initiatives.

Your profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in consulting/IT services
• Mastery of end-to-end recruitment, with solid experience in sourcing and direct approach
• Ability to manage and prioritize a recruitment scope autonomously
• A business partner mindset, with the ability to advise and challenge
• Good command of recruitment tools and a good level of English.

Salary: up to 44K annually depending on profile.
