Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Barcelona (Portuguese speaker)

Job description

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy across Spain and Portugal, ensuring that we attract, engage, and hire the very best talent to join our journey.

In this position, you will:

Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for both retail and head office teams.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial screening to interviews and final selection.
Partner closely with hiring managers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the process.
Interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights that support decision-making and business growth.
Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to internal and external communication channels.
Continuously optimize recruitment processes, bringing creativity and innovation to every step.
Participate in projects and initiatives that elevate our Talent Acquisition function.
