(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) - People eXperience

Full-time, starting immediately, permanent, Location Berlin

Your Areas of Responsibility:

• You will be independently responsible for the entire recruiting process for all departments – from developing the job profile and publishing job advertisements to successfully filling open positions.
• You are the first point of contact for all applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process – even with a high volume of applications.
• You will proactively manage interview processes, conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews independently and in collaboration with the departments, and gather feedback.
• You will keep our applicant management system Greenhouse up to date, screen incoming applications, and conduct an initial pre-selection of suitable candidates.
• As an expert in talent acquisition, you will support departments and hiring managers with expert knowledge and methods for all recruiting-related topics. This includes assisting in the evaluation of interviews and case studies, and in decision-making.
• You will be involved in project work with the International Talent Acquisition and PX Team, contributing your expertise for the GSA market.
• You will continuously build a strong talent network in the music industry to identify and proactively approach suitable candidates early on.
• You will be present at relevant industry events and networking events, using them to identify and approach talent and build long-term relationships.
• You will continuously use LinkedIn for active sourcing and actively approach potential candidates.
• You will regularly analyze your recruiting key figures and derive concrete measures for process optimization from them.

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• In-depth professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter in end-to-end recruiting – ideally in the media, music, or tech industry.
• You work with a focus on goals and a high degree of personal responsibility to achieve your monthly hiring targets.
• You work in a structured, conscientious manner and have experience in maintaining and evaluating recruiting data.
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and professionally – both with applicants and with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and team colleagues.
• You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Experience working with a works council is an advantage.
