Mit the further growth of our Train business, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter/Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d, who sets the tone for recruiting at FlixTrain and drives it forward.

You act independently, set clear priorities, and find your way even when framework conditions change quickly? At FlixTrain, you are responsible for end-to-end recruiting for a broad range of roles across various seniority levels – and are an active sparring partner:in for Senior Stakeholders with real influence on hiring decisions. You work in a four-person recruiting team with a hybrid model in Berlin (60/40).

About the role

• Eigenverantwortliches 360° Recruiting für FlixTrain Headquarter-Rollen (Commercial, Finance, Operations, Engineering) sowie für Onboard Personal (Triebfahrzeugführer:innen, Zugbegleiter:innen)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Manager:innen und Senior Stakeholdern bei der Entwicklung passgenauer Sourcing  und Auswahlstrategien
• Aktive Ansprache relevanter Talentpools über kreative Online  und Offline Kanäle sowie Einbringung von Markt  und Recruiting Insights
• Datenbasierte Steuerung von Hiring Entscheidungen durch KPIs und ATS Reporting (Greenhouse)
• Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Candidate Experience durch klare, wertschätzende und transparente Kommunikation
• Positionierung von FlixTrain als attraktive Arbeitgebermarke entlang des gesamten Recruiting Prozesses
• Mitgestaltung übergreifender Talent Acquisition Initiativen zur Prozessoptimierung und  automatisierung

About You

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Full-Cycle-Inhouse-Recruiting in einem dynamischen Umfeld (idealerweise stark reguliert oder hohes Wachstum)
• Erfahrung in der Besetzung operativer, technischer oder kaufmännischer Rollen über verschiedene Senioritätsstufen hinweg, idealerweise in Transport, Produktion oder Engineering
• Hohe Sicherheit im Stakeholder- und Offer-Management, auch auf Senior-Level
  
• Ausgeprägte Resilienz im Umgang mit Unsicherheiten und sich schnell ändernden Prioritäten
• Starke Sourcing-Expertise und Erfahrung im Aufbau nachhaltiger Talentpools
• Datengetriebene Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit Recruiting-Kennzahlen
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
