Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

JTL is one of the leading providers of e-commerce software in German-speaking countries – with around 450 employees in the group and more than 50,000 customers from a wide range of industries. We develop scalable, flexible solutions for the online retail of the future, from ERP systems to shop and marketplace integrations.
We are expanding the Talent Acquisition area as one of the important central pillars for the further growth of the JTL Group. We are developing a process, strategy, and tool landscape with which we can ensure highly scalable tech recruiting. You will actively shape the future of recruiting at JTL, from filling demanding roles to developing efficient processes and strategically advancing our recruiting landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for specialists and managers – from needs analysis and search strategy to onboarding.
• You will develop target group-specific sourcing strategies, manage active sourcing, and ensure structured, evidence-based selection processes.
• You will advise managers as a trusted advisor on interview techniques, aptitude diagnostics, market analysis, and offer strategies.
• You will strengthen our employer brand, build sustainable talent pipelines, and represent JTL in the candidate market.
• You will develop Talent Acquisition on a data-driven basis and optimize processes, tech stack, and AI-supported automations.

• You have at least five years of recruiting experience, ideally in a tech, SaaS, or scale-up environment.
• You conduct structured interviews and are proficient with ATS systems, recruiting KPIs, and efficient processes.
• You have experience in active sourcing and social recruiting and attract the right talent for JTL.
• You take responsibility, drive change independently, and convince stakeholders through structure, prioritization, and communication skills.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, work data-orientedly, and use AI tools to make recruiting more efficient.
• You communicate fluently in English and have German language skills at B1/B2 level.

• Remote-first within Germany, with the option to work remotely from suitable countries up to 180 days a year.
