(Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager, you are the driving force behind the targeted expansion of our team and thus play a crucial role in our future growth. You are part of the CEO Office and the central point of contact for candidates as well as our Hiring Managers throughout the entire recruiting process.
For these challenges, we need you:

• Responsibility for the end-to-end recruiting process, from hiring strategy, job posting, and pipeline management to the signed contract
• Further development of our Employer Branding to establish GovRadar as the first choice for top talents in the GovTech sector
• Active sourcing and building qualified talent pipelines for various roles in Product & Engineering, GTM, and Operations
• Ensuring an efficient and appreciative experience for candidates and Hiring Managers
• Coordinating external stakeholders, such as headhunters for selected positions
• Building and further developing scalable processes with the right mix of AI/automation and human touch

Must-haves

• Strong communication skills in German (min. C1) and professional command of English (min. B2)
• At least 3-4 years of experience in active sourcing & recruiting with end-to-end process responsibility and successful collaboration with Senior Leadership / C-Level
• Experience with Tech & Business profiles: you are demonstrably able to inspire, qualify, and communicate with candidates from diverse backgrounds on an equal footing
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment: you have already worked in a startup and see rapid changes and a lack of structure as exciting challenges
• Independent way of working: you can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, proactively tackle challenges, and seek support where needed
• Data and tech affinity: you manage your pipeline data-driven and proactively look for automation/AI potentials
• Building structures: you have not only applied scalable processes but have also helped shape them yourself from the initial idea to successful implementation

• Built & established Talent Acquisition as a new function from scratch
• Experience with Teamtailor as an ATS
• Network within the Munich SaaS startup ecosystem
• Exposure to the public sector or GovTech companies
