Senior Systems Engineer (MBSE & System Integration)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (MBSE & System Integration) with immediate effect.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of system architectures using MBSE (e.g., SysML/UML)

• Model-based system development and linking between model, code, and hardware

• Integration and coordination of hardware, software, and communication components

• Application and adherence to development processes (e.g., V-model, agile methodology)

• Requirements engineering and traceability throughout the entire lifecycle

• Test planning, validation & verification (laboratory tests, automated tests, field tests)

• Coaching and knowledge transfer

Your Qualifications

• University degree (ETH / University / University of Applied Sciences) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field

• At least 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in systems engineering, ideally with MBSE

• Deep understanding of modeling languages and methods (SysML, UML, Model-Based Design)

• Knowledge of testing methods, validation, verification, test automation

• Solid understanding of development processes (agile, V-model, classic methods)

• Experience with quality standards and regulatory requirements

• Structured, independent, and analytical way of working

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
