Senior Systems Engineer

ADGA is currently looking to hire a "Senior System Engineer" who has at least 5 years of experience working on Military C4ISR systems. (Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance)

Our growing team is providing support to a "Tactical Communication Project" to the Canadian military. This involves the modernization of all technical radio's currently in use by the Army and to improve the broad network that is provided.

Tasks will include, but not limited to:

• Develop and maintain the TCM System Engineering Management plan.
• Perform TCM requirements analysis and definition.
• Collaborate with other technical and engineering staff on any LC4ISR project requirements or architecture adjustments.
• Contribute to the TCM architecture design.
• Recommend and evaluate system and/or System of Systems (SoS) engineering changes and perform an impact analysis.
• Conduct “buy and try” evaluations as required during project definition.
• Plan and execute TCM equipment characterization testing.
• Provide support to system integration; and
• Provide support to the development of standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
