Senior System Administrator (m/w/d)

We are looking for a technology leader to supply our customers in the agricultural, construction, and machinery industries with future-oriented solutions in the field of complex gearboxes and complete drive systems.

To continue our successful growth course, we are seeking you as reinforcement for our strong team in Dülmen on a full-time basis.

Tasks

• You administer our servers, networks, storage, and backup.
• You ensure the availability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure and optimize it continuously.
• You analyze and resolve technical issues.
• You plan and execute independent IT projects.
• You are eager to learn and share your knowledge with colleagues.
• You work actively in the area of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 - Mail.
• You advise and support in implementing and optimizing M365 solutions as well as continuous development of the M365 environment.
• You create guidelines and define policies for the Microsoft 365 environment, including governance and compliance.
• You create and update packages for our software distribution (Intune).
• You administer our IT security solutions and take appropriate measures when needed.
• You create and maintain system documentation and guidelines.

Qualification

You are a communicative, friendly person who feels comfortable working in a team. You are willing to take responsibility and keep an overview even in stressful phases. You can set sprints, but always pay attention to the quality of your results. Working with systems is enjoyable for you and comes easily.

• You have successfully completed an informatics study or training as a computer scientist - system integration (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification.
• You have extensive experience in IT; ideally, you can look back on several years of experience in a mid-sized company and are familiar with the above-mentioned tasks.
• You have fundamental knowledge of Windows environment administration and corresponding management tools (e.g. group policies, PowerShell).
• You have deep knowledge of SharePoint and Teams administration.
• You have experience with network technologies, network segmentation, and IT security.
• You possess a strong problem-solving ability and a structured working style.
• You are characterized by independent and solution-oriented work as well as an analytical view of complex relationships.
• You have good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking.
• You stand out with a friendly and approachable demeanor, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
