Senior System Administrator (m/w/d) IT-Infrastructure

In partnership with our client company in Hamburg, we are seeking a Senior System Administrator (m/w/d) IT-Infrastructure.

Tasks

• As an IT specialist (m/w/d) in the field of IT infrastructure, you will ensure the stable operation of modern enterprise storage solutions and continuously develop them further.
• You will also be responsible for configuring and maintaining complex network environments, including VPNs and remote sites.
• In addition, you will optimize processes through targeted automation with PowerShell and increase the efficiency of the IT landscape.
• Furthermore, you will accompany internal audit processes in accordance with common security standards such as ISO 27001.
• In addition, you will bring your expertise to the technical connection and setup of new locations.

Qualification

• You have a training or degree in IT, for example, as a computer scientist (m/w/d) for system integration, system administrator (m/w/d), or computer scientist (m/w/d) for digital networking.
• You already have relevant professional experience, for example, as an IT system administrator (m/w/d), network administrator (m/w/d), or IT infrastructure specialist (m/w/d).
• You bring fundamental knowledge of working with Windows servers, Linux servers, and VMWare or similar visualization environments.
• You are characterized by structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work habits.
• You have secure German language skills and experience in dealing with firewalls, VPN solutions, and knowledge of switching and routing.
