(Senior) System Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer (m/w/d) to strengthen our team, unlimited, hybrid work model.

Tasks

The following tasks belong to your responsibility:

• Responsibility for the successful implementation of customer projects
• Self-contained onboarding of new customers
• Operation, monitoring, and further development of IT infrastructure for our customers
• Processing of customer inquiries (2nd Level-Support)

Qualification

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector or equivalent studies
• Multiple years of experience as an IT administrator at an IT service provider
• Self-contained work and pleasure in solving IT problems
• Solid basic knowledge in the area of network, firewalls & IP-routing
• Professional communication with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Interest in the latest technologies and personal development
• Teamwork ability and pleasure in customer contact
• If possible, you have already worked with solutions from Veeam, Trend Micro, and Fortinet
