We are looking for you to strengthen our team at our locations in Munich, Leipzig, Berlin, Hanover, or to work from home if suitable.


Your Future Team

Our TechOps team is responsible for the technical infrastructure of our software solutions for hospital clients. Together with development, customizing, and customer support engineers, we ensure stable, secure, and high-performance operation of our systems. For this role, we are looking for an experienced individual who actively contributes their expert knowledge in the Linux and Kubernetes environment. You will share your experience with the team, provide technical impetus, and continuously develop our platforms and operating models together with us, with a clear focus on Linux, Kubernetes, and automation.


What awaits you with us

  • You will be responsible for the operation, further development, and troubleshooting of our containerized platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, k3s).
  • You will automate deployments and operating processes using modern tools such as Argo CD and GitHub or Gitea Actions.
  • You will configure Kubernetes components such as Ingress (Traefik) and solutions for secrets management (external-secrets, sealed-secrets).
  • You will analyze complex infrastructure problems, from Linux and containers to Kubernetes, network, and security issues.


These are your strengths & skills

  • You have several years of experience in the production operation of Linux systems.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Linux & Operating Systems (Ubuntu, Red Hat, LVM, PAM, OpenSSL, SSH).
  • You have very good knowledge of Containers & Kubernetes (Kubernetes, Docker, k3s, ctr).
  • You have experience with Deployment & Automation (Argo CD, GitHub/Gitea Actions, shell scripting with bash/sh).
  • You are proficient with Cloud-Native Technologies (Ingress/Traefik, external-secrets, sealed-secrets).
  • You have know-how in Infrastructure & Security (Network, Operation, High Availability, Performance, Error Analysis).
  • Ideally, you have experience with Windows infrastructures (MS SQL Server, IIS, SMB, RDP).
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
