Senior System Engineer (Digital Workplace)
Job description
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support AI-enhanced digital employee experience (DEX) solution for our clients. This role is expected to work closely with internal delivery teams as well as the service delivery management team to provide an enhanced service delivery outcome through proactive monitoring, automated remediation, and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: 1. DEX Platform Integration and Configuration Configure and integrate digital employee experience (DEX) platforms for our clients, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal performance. 2. AI-Enhanced Digital Workplace Solution Design, implement, and support AI-enhanced digital workplace solutions that provide personalized experiences, automate workflows, and enhance collaboration. 3. Proactive Monitoring and Automated Remediation Monitor and analyze system performance, identify potential issues, and apply automated remediation to ensure optimal system performance. 4. Data-Driven Insights Provide data-driven insights to clients on their digital employee experience (DEX) solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing solution performance. 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams and the service delivery management team to provide an enhanced service delivery outcome through proactive monitoring, automated remediation, and data-driven insights. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 2. At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting digital employee experience (DEX) solutions. 3. Strong understanding of AI-enhanced digital workplace solutions and their applications. 4. Experience with DEX platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar. 5. Knowledge of automation tools and technologies such as Ansible, PowerShell, or similar. 6. Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Benefits: 1.
