Our German team, consisting of around 15 people, works closely with customers to support them in their organizational and technical journey into the cloud-native world. We design, build, and operate critical IT infrastructures using modern cloud-native technologies.

Aufgaben

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior System Engineer. In this role, you will lead complex customer projects to tailored cluster-, container-, automation-, and CI/CD-solutions and coordinate various stakeholders.

Qualifikation

Your Tasks

• Requirements thoroughly think through and validate
• Design and optimize cluster solutions and container platforms
• Perform and standardize complex maintenance tasks
• Establish clean documentation standards
• Counsel customers technically and accompany them in the long term
• Solve escalations directly and optimize technical workflows
• Evaluate professional engineers and develop evaluation processes further

Your Expertise

• Design segmented multi-zone networks with access and routing controls
• Perform hardening assessments for container platforms and services
• Bug system failures and design resilient architectures
• Set up secure pipelines in the DevOps lifecycle
• Present technical topics confidently to a new audience in German and English

Your Profile

• 5-8 years of experience as a System Engineer in the cloud environment
• In-depth knowledge of Container & Cloud (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, OpenShift, SUSE Rancher, Helm, Argo CD), Automation & IaC (Terraform / OpenTofu, Ansible), Security (Vault / OpenBao, DevSecOps) and CI/CD & GitOps (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Argo CD).
• German and English language skills at C1 level
