We implement, operate, and develop modern Microsoft infrastructures – from technical implementation and administration to complex transformation, architecture, and consulting projects. You can contribute your experience in a targeted way and develop both professionally and personally.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, operation, and further development of Microsoft infrastructures
• Installation, configuration, administration, and migration of IT systems
• Analysis of technical requirements and development of suitable solutions
• Execution of changes, tests, and error analyses
• Participation in IT projects and taking responsibility for technical work packages
• Optimization of existing infrastructures and support in the introduction of new technologies
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, concepts, and operational documents
• Support during rollouts and in ongoing operations
• Coordination of technical tasks and alignment with customers, teams, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring quality, documentation, and sustainable operation
• For experienced profiles: Conception and design of IT solutions and architectures

Skills

We are looking for different profiles and offer three experience levels: Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior. Therefore, you do not have to meet all the mentioned skills and requirements – the decisive factor is that your profile and your experience match one of our three levels. 
 

• Initial practical experience up to solid professional experience in the Microsoft environment or in comparable infrastructure technologies (Windows Server, AD, GPO, Virtualization)
• Knowledge in automation and scripting, especially PowerShell, as well as in the areas of monitoring, backup, and high availability is an advantage
• Knowledge in installation, configuration, administration, and operation of IT systems
• Interest in the further development of modern Microsoft infrastructures and in demanding technical questions
• Experience with IT processes and ideally ITIL
• Structured and solution-oriented working method as well as the ability to work on technical tasks independently
• Good analytical skills and enjoyment in solving complex problems
• Experience in creating technical concepts and documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• For experienced profiles: Experience in complex IT projects, architecture, consulting, or technical project management
• Ability to translate requirements into viable technical solutions and architectures
