• Operation, administration, and further development of Microsoft infrastructures
• Analysis and implementation of customer requirements into technical solutions
• Installation, configuration, migration, and troubleshooting of systems
• Execution of changes and participation in IT projects
• Independent handling of tasks in operations and project environments
• Execution and documentation of technical tests
• Support in the creation of concepts and documentation
• Knowledge transfer and support of teams and clients

• Several years of experience in the operation of larger IT infrastructures
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies and system operation
• Experience in installation, administration, and migration of systems
• Knowledge of IT processes (e.g., ITIL)
• Ability for independent analysis and resolution of complex problems
• Structured and self-responsible way of working
• Very good German and good English skills

• Assignment in project and operations environment
• Work according to defined specifications and in a team
• Support with documentation and quality assurance
• Willingness for security screening (SÜ2)
