Your Job

• You ensure the operation, maintenance, and further development of the Microsoft system landscape – on-premises and in the cloud

• You plan, test, and implement new ICT services and develop the appropriate concepts for them

• You manage and optimize the virtualization environment

• You automate recurring processes, thus creating space for the essentials

• You are responsible for the implementation of cyber security measures to protect data and systems

Furthermore

• you help the team with support challenges

• you contribute your know-how to ICT projects and drive process optimizations forward

• you gladly share your knowledge within the team, thus advancing everyone

• you are a competent point of contact on-site at customer locations

Your Profile

• Completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ) – technical training/further education is a plus

• More than five years of professional experience as a System Engineer or in a comparable position

• In-depth know-how in Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Client, Azure, and M365

• Experience with virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V) as well as in automation (PowerShell)

• Certifications in the field of system engineering round off your profile

• Very good German skills (Level C1) are required – other languages such as English or French are welcome
