Senior System Analyst

Role Purpose The Senior System Analyst (SSA) reports to the IT manager and is responsible for bridging business requirements and technical implementation while leading projects from initiation to deployment. Beyond system analysis and design, the SSA takes ownership of end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. For small-scale system enhancements, the SSA will directly perform requirement gathering, coding, and testing. This role demands both technical expertise in systems analysis and design as well as strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, data modeling, and software development methodologies. Additionally, the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently is crucial for this position.
